Welcome to the team!
Here is where you can find what you need to participate in this exciting new venture!
Milt is setting aside 50% of all revenue for helpers like you.
It will take a little while and a lotta work to get this ball rolling but the team is striving for a YOUTUBE BLOCKBUSTER!!!
Pictures on the left, script on the right. Pick your character from "Reading as" and your lines light up.
Brutal Blue needs help in these areas. If one suits you, message Milt on WhatsApp. Every role earns tokens, as explained in How it works.

What to expect. Brutal Blue is a long-term project. For the first years most of the money will go to running costs, so payouts may be small or nil. Tokens never expire, so your share is there when the series earns.
All revenue is shared the same way, because Brutal Blue is a mini-series rather than a film script.
| Revenue | Deducted first | Contributors | Milt |
|---|---|---|---|
| YouTube and channel: ads, YouTube Premium, sponsorships and product placement, other channel income | Running costs for the period (Storyboarder, Zoom and similar) | 50% | 50% |
| Sale or licence of the series, script or rights, including episodes, recordings and images | All past project expenses, recouped once, plus the costs of the sale | 50% | 50% |
Two years of YouTube, $1,000 left after running costs. A has 1,000 tokens, B has 500 (1,500 in all).
| Share | Payout | |
|---|---|---|
| Milt | 50% | $500.00 |
| Contributor pool | 50% | $500.00 |
| A (1,000 tokens) | 1,000 ÷ 1,500 = 66.7% of the pool | $333.33 |
| B (500 tokens) | 500 ÷ 1,500 = 33.3% of the pool | $166.67 |
Same $1,000, ten contributors with 1,000 tokens each. Milt receives $500; each contributor receives 10% of the $500 pool: $50.
Same as the first example, but the $1,000 is before running costs. If Storyboarder cost $840 over the two years, $160 is left: Milt $80, pool $80, A $53.33, B $26.67.
A token's value depends on what the pool earns and how many tokens there are: about 33¢ in the first example, 5¢ in the second.
A contributor may also be paid a monthly retainer, agreed separately. It is on top of tokens, and either side can cancel it at any time.
This applies if Milt dies, becomes unable to work, or chooses to step away.
Loading the ledgers…
